Ten years ago, Bay State Gas became part of the NiSource family of Columbia Gas companies. Now it’s time for us to take on the well-respected Columbia brand in Massachusetts. You will soon begin seeing Columbia Gas of Massachusetts replacing the Bay State Gas name.
Only our name is changing. Our employees, products and services, billing system, phone numbers, budget plans and customer assistance programs are all unchanged.
While we’re giving up a venerable brand name with great history behind it, we’re confident that you will very quickly become as proud of our new name and logo as we are.
