2The transaction is a lease and requires 12 monthly payments for standard vent and 36 monthly payments for power vent water heaters. Additional charges may apply for non-standard installations and are payable to the installing contractor at the time of installation. No security deposit is required; however, all leases are subject to credit approval. Depending on water heater model installed, monthly lease payments range from $16.00 to $26.50, plus tax.
3The transaction is a lease and typically requires a 3-year commitment. As such, lessees will make at least 36 monthly payments, which, depending on Appliance size and the nature of the installation, generally range from $74.70 to $121.80, plus tax. Although an up-front payment is typically not required for standard installations, additional charges may apply for non-standard installations and are payable to the contractor at the time of installation. No security deposit is required; however, all leases are subject to credit approval. Removal Fee and Termination Charge ranging from $1,284.00 to $2,780.50 will apply if the Customer terminates at the end of the Minimum Term.
