If you’re eligible for certain public assistance benefits, you could also qualify for our Low Income Gas Rate and no-cost energy conservation services.

Good Neighbor Energy Fund

This program is for customers with total household income between 60% and 80% of State Median Income Guidelines. If you are experiencing temporary financial difficulty, the Good Neighbor Energy Fund may be able to help.

Arrearage Forgiveness Program

If you’re struggling to pay your bill and you’re income eligible, you could have your past due balance forgiven. This program is designed to eliminate your past due balance by providing you with a set amount to pay each month. Call us at 1-800-688-6160 for more information.

Income-eligible weatherization

Income-eligible customers can receive home weatherization, attic and wall insulation, air sealing, weather stripping, natural gas furnace repair or replacement, and more – all at no cost.
