Managing your Columbia Gas account during the COVID-19 pandemic
We know this could be a time of financial hardship. So, we've voluntarily suspended shutoffs for nonpayment in response to the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, we're offering to customers who indicate either an impact or hardship as a result of COVID-19 our most flexible payment plans.
For commercial and industrial customers who may be subject to late payment charges, we've waived late payment charges on such accounts through June 30; and we are making available our most flexible payment plans to customers who indicate either an impact or hardship as a result of COVID-19, including the type of Levelized or Budget Payment Plans that are offered to residential customers.
