Contact Columbia Gas of Massachusetts 24 hours a day if you suspect a gas leak or detect the odor of natural gas. Click here for awareness about pipeline operations, emergency response and damage preventions.

To speak with a Customer Service Representative, call 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. For quickest response, call 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., Tuesday through Friday.
