How to Enroll
Register your account online, or log in to existing Columbia Gas account and follow the three-step process to enroll. Once you enroll, you'll receive one more paper bill in the mail from Columbia Gas of Massachusetts.
Please note: If you are currently enrolled in CheckFree e-Bill, you will need to cancel that option before you can enroll in Columbia Gas Paperless Billing (e-Bill). Visit the Checkfree website to submit your cancellation request online. CheckFree typically processes cancellations by the next day. You can check the status of your enrollment on the Account Summary screen on this site before signing up for Paperless Billing (e-Bill).
For your convenience and to keep you connected to important information about your account, natural gas safety and energy savings tips, we will include a link to current bill inserts in your monthly notification emails.
If you change your email address, please remember to update your account profile to ensure we send your paperless bill (e-Bill) without delay.
CheckFree e-Bill – Another Paperless Option
You also can choose to sign up for free, monthly paperless billing and online payments through CheckFree, an industry leader in online billing and payment services. With CheckFree you can view and pay bills from multiple utility billers from their website. You’ll receive an email from CheckFree when your bill is available each month.
To learn more and enroll, visit MyCheckFree.com. Please note: Online payments made through CheckFree can take up to five business days to post to your Columbia Gas account. If you submit your payment on or after the due date of the bill, be sure to call us and report your payment receipt number.
