Available energy efficiency program services

Columbia Gas temporarily suspended energy efficiency program services on March 17, 2020, out of an abundance of caution about the spread of COVID-19. We understand that may have caused a delay in efficiency improvements to your home or business, but we believe this was the safer course of action for you, your families, your employees and the contractor network providing these services

In order to resume certain residential and business energy efficiency program services, Environmental Health & Engineering, Inc., a respected health and safety consulting firm, collaborated with several energy efficiency market actors, contractors, and health & safety specialists to identify opportunities where certain minimum health & safety guidelines will support the same implementation of certain efficiency work completed on-premise. At a minimum, Columbia Gas employees and contracted program vendors are required to be trained and adhere to these safety protocols for on-premise services.
