Columbia Gas of Massachusetts and Pivotal Home Solutions have agreed to end their billing arrangement for all Columbia Home Solutions service plans and equipment lease plans (offered by Pivotal Home Solutions)*. Columbia Gas customers enrolled in these plans will need to make payment directly to Pivotal Home Solutions rather than paying for their service plans on their Columbia Gas of Massachusetts bill, effective September 30, 2020. 

If you have a Columbia Home Solutions service plan and/or equipment lease plan, please call Pivotal Home Solutions at 1-855-410-0240 or visit their website at for more information about your change to direct billing. When you contact Pivotal either by phone or on-line, you can set up payment options. If they don’t hear from you, they will begin sending a monthly bill directly. Pivotal may cancel the service or lease plans if they don’t receive payment after 180 days.
