If you have a Columbia Home Solutions service plan and/or equipment lease plan, please call Pivotal Home Solutions at 1-855-410-0240 or visit their website at YourHomeSolutions.com for more information about your change to direct billing. When you contact Pivotal either by phone or on-line, you can set up payment options. If they don’t hear from you, they will begin sending a monthly bill directly. Pivotal may cancel the service or lease plans if they don’t receive payment after 180 days.
